A joyful real estate experience

I'm thrilled to introduce myself as the Principal Broker at ERA Chappell and Associates! I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a minor in Marketing from Liberty University, and I proudly hold both the CPS (Certified New Homes Sales Professional) and CBA (Certified Basic Appraisal) designations. My educational journey took place during my 24-year service in the Army, where I retired as a 1st Sergeant in Aviation Maintenance.

Throughout my military career, I had the incredible opportunity to serve three tours at Fort Campbell, which is where I ultimately chose to settle down after retirement. Having moved numerous times myself, I truly understand the challenges and concerns that come with relocating to a new area.
